The Nourished Mama
The Nourished Mama
ONE CHAMBER
a few days of curated and tailored hands on support
A shell doesn't build itself all at once — it grows one chamber at a time, each one a soft space held inside something strong enough to protect it. One Chamber is exactly that: a single visit, personalised entirely to where you are right now, for the mama who isn't ready for six weeks of support, or doesn't yet know how to ask for it.
Bring in Nourishing Support to Tend to Yourself
It's not easy to tend to your own nourishment in the early days of postpartum, while you're figuring out a whole new life with a tiny baby. This container brings my years of wisdom in nourishment, my own postpartum experience, and my ongoing training as a postpartum doula — to hold and tend to you in this fresh mama space.
Some words from clients on how it feels to work with me:
"Kiara has a very grounding and nurturing energy. She creates a space where you instantly feel safe to be yourself, without judgement or pressure. She doesn't try to fix you or tell you who you should be. Instead, she gently guides you back to your own inner wisdom with genuine presence, curiosity, and compassion."
"Kiara's presence is gentle, loving and really intuitive. She is able to digest your experience and clearly articulate what she can see, and offers solutions that feel calibrated to where you are in your journey."
The Support
One Chamber is not a single session, it is a container curated and tailored hands on support, with gentle bodywork, belly binding and herbal support woven in as needed. You are truly held, if just for this moment.
1-2 days of Telegram support, to drop in together, navigate where you’re at exactly, and design your in-person session to your needs
In Person Visit, usually around 2 hours, designed for your current needs - drop in together, gentle bodywork, nourishing practices to hold and support you and tend to your nervous system
Nourishing Snacks — freshly home made postpartum snacks for the long nights
Support Network - contacts, help with your village, organisation around you so that you can deeply rest and receive
Personalised Practices - guided audios to help ground you through whatever you’re meeting that week
"Kiara is an exceptional listener and interpreter of what an individual might present — intuitively and astutely feeding back concisely, with helpful guidance and direction. She is straight to the point whilst also being compassionate and caring. The session was cathartic and I felt very held and thoroughly helped."
Why I'm So Passionate About Postpartum Care
Before I had my daughter, I learned how important nourishment is in the postpartum period — and knew I'd eventually study further to support mamas in this precious time.
True postpartum support lets you rest, recover, and bond with your baby while also being tended to yourself. This kind of care isn't common in Western society, but it's the norm across many Eastern and indigenous traditions: the new mother rests, is fed warm nourishing food, and has her household tended to, while her village comes in around her.
Ayurveda holds that 42 days of confinement and nourishment shapes 42 years of good health — while our modern rush back to work and "bouncing back" often leads to health problems years down the line.
My own postpartum wasn't supported. I spent a month at home, but it was a difficult time — including fleeing my partner with my one-month-old daughter to escape a bad home situation, with no plan, but trusting I'd figure it out. Now, 4 years on, I'm returning to this passion, studying to become a postpartum doula, and bringing everything I've learned since into this offering.
I may not have had this support. I want you to have it.
A supported postpartum means:
Deep rest, as much as is possible with a newborn
Moments to reconnect with yourself, as you find who you are in this new form
Someone to hear you, and help you through whatever challenges come up
Your village organised around you, so you're not carrying that alone
"Kiara always met me right where I was, even in more vulnerable waters. She holds space and supports you to connect more deeply with yourself, respectfully reflecting back what you've uncovered within."
"She held space to allow me to actually confront those things head on, and held such a safe space for me to be vulnerable."
Certified Coach, VITA Coaching (2021)

A note on scope: this support is nourishment- and coaching-based, not medical care. Bodywork, belly binding and herbal support are offered as gentle, supportive practices alongside — not instead of — your medical postpartum care. Please continue to see your midwife, doctor or relevant specialist for anything medical, and I'll always encourage and support that alongside our work together.
