The goal of a nourished life isn’t to have a life that’s solely calm and free of stress, it’s to become so untangled from the patterns keeping you stuck in this cycle, rooted in personal practices that ground and nourish you, and become so resilient and adaptable that you are flowing with the seasons of life from a home of true nourishment - unshakeable in the face of life’s busy times, because they will come and go - and through it all you will be moving from a place of Deep Nourishment.

The commitment is about nourishing yourself, not sticking to the thing you swore you were going to do.
